Question about Dell - NPS-460BB-B (NPS460BBB) Power Supply

Open Question

Which pins enable output on the Dell NPS-460BB?

I have removed a Dell NPS-460BB-A (240W) power supply from my system because I suspect it is being overloaded. About 10 seconds into loading windows, the machine loses power. I suspect that the power supply is unable to handle the load being asked of it. What are the output enable pins (the pins that the on/off button on the chassis is connected to) on the connector that would allow me to test this independent of my machine?
