When i boot my computer i get this pop up message win 32nt-5.1.2600.0.Then when print one page i get another error ......'insert market research disk and click OK'.Am using HP Laserjet P2015.Please help

I have uninstalled HP software and restarted then i unable to find that error.

How do I open/download the user manual for SAMSUNG SCX-3205 printer. When I click on user manual only the front page opens.

Is not working in Win7 x64

HP LaserJet 1000 is not supported in Windows 7.

It will only work on Win 98, Win Me, Win 2000 and Win XP.

You may refer to this link to check compatible HP printers for Win 7.

I just saw your request. I didn't get an email notification of it so my apologies for any delay.

Deselecting HPTLBFX.exe in MSCONFIG (or anything else for that matter in MSCONFIG) is only a temporary solution. Disabling items in MSCONFIG is a trouble-shooting tool. Once you've determined that a particular item in MSCONFIG is causing issues, then the next step is to address that particular item and, eventually, get MSCONFIG back to Normal Boot configuration.

I've resonded to more than 200 questions in the short time I've been here on Fixya. Unfortunately, I don't know which problem you're referring to. If you'd like to give me a link to that problem or, better yet, explain to me in detail the equipment involved and the problem you're experiencing, I'd be more than happy to work w/ you on it.

It sounds as though there is a possibility HP Toolbox is conflicting or being conflicted w/ or by another program or it is, in itself, corrupted, etc.

(01) My recommendation would be to disconnect from your computer the HP Printer that this particular HP Toolbox is associated with.

(02) Uninstall the HP Software that includes that HP Toolbox.

(03) Reboot your computer.

(04) Restore MSCONFIG to Normal Boot.

(05) Reboot your computer.

(06) Clean up w/ THIS utility.

(07) Reboot your computer.

(08) Clean up w/ CCleaner again.

(09) Then re-install your printer software.

** Be sure to create System Restore points all along the way.

** If you have other HP Software installed that also includes a monitoring program and/or toolbox, please, let me know BEFORE you take the steps I've outlined here.

If you'd like me to pursue this with you, please, post back here w/ the results and your observations. Hold off, please, on assigning a "best solution rating" until the issue has been resolved or diagnosed. I'll continue to work w/ you as long as the problem remains open.

Hi Gargamel,

That's your windows operating system version popping up. If you click on START then RUN and type in (w/out the brackets) [winver], that is likely what you'll see.

Are you running Microsoft TweakUI for WindowsXP? There's an option in TweakUI to Enable (or disable) "Show Windows Version on the Desktop".

I don't know how it got enabled on your new XP build. It normally isn't enabled by default. But you can most likely disable it by installing TweakUI and, 1st, selecting the option, and 2nd, deselecting the option to "Show Windows Version on the Desktop".


You can download TweakUI from HERE. Look in the right hand column. Scroll down 'till you see TweakUI.

There's a registry edit for this, too. I'm cautious, though. I don't normally recommend registry editing unless the person is experienced in it. If you are, please, let me know and I'll pass that on to you as well.
