Question about Samsung Cell Phones
If the wizard can't detect a hardware component you're trying to add, it gives you the option to manually locate the item and then continue with the installation process.
To access the Add New Hardware Wizard, click Start, Settings, Control Panel, and double-click the Add New Hardware icon. (If you don't see this icon, click View All Control Panel Options in the left pane, then locate and double-click the icon.)
The wizard instructs you to close any currently running applications that can interfere with the installation process. When you've closed all running applications, click Next. This prompts the Add New Hardware Wizard to search for new devices, which can take several minutes.
If the wizard finds one or more PnP devices, it automatically installs and configures them. When the installation and configuration process is complete, the wizard displays a list of the new devices it found. You can then either quit the wizard by selecting Yes, I Am Finished Installing Devices or install other hardware by selecting No, I Want To Install Other Devices. Make your selection and click Next. If you selected Yes, click Finish to close the wizard.
