Hi,

The LG error code OE simply means “the pump is blocked”. Presumably the water isn’t being emptied properly. As with all error codes it is possible that there is a cause other than the exact description in the error code explanation but basically this error means as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks the water isn’t pumping out. A pump, or filter blockage is the most common cause but it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system etc.Most likely pump trap is clogged up. Access it behind small door at front. Drain water out through small hose that is there otherwise water will be all over the floor when you unscrew the trap.

If the Problem Persists, it could be a Problem with Pump Motor.

I have the error code OE showing up, and the water is not draining from the washer. What should I do?
OE - drain error - 5 minute time out drain time error. check your pump/filter for blockages. Clean out the trap from the bottom, something is jamming the drain motor.

Washer has water still in drum and OE on digital readout

Thanks for using FixYa. OE is a drain error, it flashes when the washer won’t drain within 10 minutes. TO resolve this issue you’ll have to check the drain pump filter for any clogs, also check the drain hose for any kinks and clean the drain pump filter. If still the issue is not resolved then you might have to replace the pump. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

And from your original post, I see that you have checked the drain pipe and the pump filter..

Those are the only 2 things I would of asked you to check aswell.

As for the price, I cannot answer that as most manufacturers wont publish their prices unfortunatly.
