You can delete your voice recording by doing the following. 1.After you have finished recording, 2.touch the button having 3 lines on the screen and choose Send, Rename, Delete, Use as (to use the recording as your ringtone) or Go to my sounds 3.select delete and confirm that you want to delete the file. If you can't hear, then it's the ringer or speaker problem, try with your headset to make sure it's working. If you can hear using your headset, you only need to replace the Speaker, the technician at the mobile repairing shop will fix it for you.

I would suggest that you reset the phone to factory defaults to see if this resolves the issue.
Touch the icon that has 4 dots then touch the icon that looks like a cog wheel. Under 'Phone Settings' find and touch 'Reset Settings'.
This may resolve the issue. If not remove the battery for one minute then reinsert. If the problem persists after this there is a problem with the internal microphone that will require service attention.
Hi, You have told that you can hear well only if you use your headphone or loudspeaker. From this it is obvious that there is no problem with your network but with the earpiece speaker present in your device. So replacing it under warranty is a way to solve this. moreover its only 2 months and so your device still covered under warranty.
Hi, Use the speakerphone, or earphones, if it sounds that means that the internal speaker is broken, you can buy it for a couple of bucks, but is not very easy to change, so maybe you'll need some help with that.
Hi--First, make sure your "mute" function is off. Try holding both volume buttons at the same time for a second or two. If that doesn't help, while you're having a conversation, either with or without bluetooth, make sure your phone's volume is turned up. On a lot of phones the volume button will control both ringer and conversation volumes, but turning it up without the phone in use only affects the ringer volume. My husband thought there was something wrong with his bluetooth until we noticed his phone volume was set too low--not as noticeable on handset, but bluetooth apparently needs volume up pretty high!
