You may be using a card that is too big . For instance if u are using a 8gb card and your phones expandable memory limit is 2gb it will come up as card not supported. try a different size. If that does not work then You may need a different brand of memory card.

How do you know what slot to put sim card in slot 1 or slot 2

You either have a dual SIM card phone (it can use two SIMs with two different phone numbers) or you're confusing the MicroSD memory card slot with the SIM card slot.

If you truly have a dual SIM card phone, just put the SIM card in slot 1. Your phone's user manual should be able to offer further info.

Sandisk micro memory chip not working in my lg620g cell phone

The LG620g works with microSD cards. Your 4GB card is actually a microSDHC card. While it fits into the slot, it's electronically incompatible and will not work in this phone. You need to use microSD cards, 2GB and smaller.

Show your memory card location

Remove the back cover by holding the phone firmly then slide in the back cover of the handset. You will now see your MicroSD and SIM card slots. Take your SIM card and slide it into the slot provided with the chip facing down. You will also see a small diagram showing you which way to insert the SIM card. Now slide open your MicroSD memory card slot gate, pop your MicroSD memory card into the slot, then close the MicroSD memory card slot gate by sliding it forward then backwards.

How do I insert a memory card into my Nokia 5310d? Thank you

Insert a microSD card

Use only compatible microSD cards approved by Nokia for use with this device. Nokia uses approved industry standards for memory cards, but some brands may not be fully compatible with this device. Incompatible cards may damage the card and the device and corrupt data stored on the card.

1. Remove the back cover of the phone.

2. Insert the card into the microSD card slot with the contact surface facing down, and press it until it locks into place.

Will not let me put a microSD card in the slot

Normally, this phone accepts the microSD memory card.
So whatever would make it not to collect the memory can only depend on two things.
The first thing being that you are not trying to insert the memory card in the right way and
the second thing being that you may not be trying to insert a microSD card.
Also, ensure you are inserting it into the right slot and not the slot for another connection other than the memory card.
Hope this was helpful?

How do i put a micro sd in to my samsung intensity

There is a slot on the side of the phone where you can insert a MicroSD card. Remove the back cover (there is a slot at the top, near the camera, where you can pry the cover off with your finger) and as you're looking at the battery, the MicroSD slot is to your left, just above the camera button. Just slide the memory card in there.

You should turn the phone off before inserting a MicroSD card. Without the back cover on, the battery won't make a tight connection, and if it jiggles at all it will lose power and shut off anyway.

How do you 'Expand The Memory ?'

You obtain a MicroSD card and you will find a small "Slot" in the phone that this MicroSD card goes into, usually under a Flap. Go to your local Phone store and purchace a compatable 1GB SMicroD card, insert into the slot and it will configure itself and ya can then store stuff to ya "New" memory. Have a look in ya manual for exact deatails.
