There is a focus knob on cameras, what you need to do is turn the focus knob until the picture is clear. Sometimes the knob is the same as the part that sticks out and has the lens in the middle of it.

Sharp Aquos LC42d64u has blurry picture...

Hi,

Is it slow and blurry? if yes then return it to warranty immediately. The video processing circuits are malfunctioning and the repair cost is prohibitive if you must pay for it on your own.

I hope it is still under warranty. So, do not delay getting it into the Sharp Authorized facility or back to the retailer you purchased it from.

The connection cable you use could have something to do with it, but is should work on all formats. The best for reliability and absence of blocking is just analog composite - but that is also the lowest picture resolution. S-video is okey too, but it is analog as well. Component is the highest grade; going to hdmi is just another way of receiving the signal - I don't think it will effect the error correction problem in any way. My opinion.

Goodluck..

Tip

How to remote control indoor lighting.

I found a cheap and easy way to remote control certain lighting (like for bookcases, glass display cases, accent lights, etc, without having to spend exorbitant amounts of money and can control (3) separate lights with (1) controller. The tip: Use a plug-n-play light controller that is usually used for Christmas lighting! The kits consist of (1) controller/transmitter and (3) receivers. Each receiver is labeled (A), (B) and (C). Just plug whatever light you wish to control into a receiver and plug that receiver into a wall outlet. Repeat for the other 2. The controller/transmitter has 3 buttons, 1 for the A, B and C receiver. Just a simple turn on/turn off. I bought a kit like this at Walmart for $20.00 and it's been great being able to turn on a nf off lights that were difficult to reach or a pain to run extension cords. You can also buy more kits on different frequencies, so as not to turn on/off items already setup. Cheap and easy to install. You'll be amazed at how many uses you can find for these.

Make sure that you have not left the camera in Macro mode. This is a special extreme close-up mode offered by some cameras, and it does not allow autofocus on objects at normal distances. The icon for Macro mode is a little flower.

Sony Cyber-shot takes lots of blurry pictures in

first thing you can do is to try reverting cam back to factory settings.to do that initialize the camera.it's under menu>setup settings>main settings1>initialize. after initializing, set cam to auto adjustment mode (green camera icon in mode dial). what to avoid when taking pictures:
1.subject too close (use macro if needed)
2.insufficient light
3.subject movement
4.camera movement (that's caused by you)
5.incorrect camera setting
5.incorrect camera operation
btw, before you take a picture, press the shutter button halfway down first to give the cam ample time to focus.you'll see a flashing green indicator on the screen that means cam is focusing.when the indicator stops blinking cam is ready for the shot.press shutter button all the way.review your picture.if still blurry, you may try changing iso (for dark or fast moving subject, note:the greater value the noisier the picture gets), metering mode and focus settings by going to the shooting menu (press menu when your in P or program mode). hope this helps.tnx:)

Flash phtography....need advice

Some cameras have a problem focusing in lower light settings. If they don't have enough light to focus, the pictures will come out blurry almost every time. You can try a few things. Some cameras have a 1/2 way setting on the shutter button, that forces the camera to try to focus, and then a green indicator will come on the screen when it's ready to shoot. Another option is to set the camera to manual focus (if there are options for it). Another fix is to add more background lighting, to allow the camera to focus easier. I've heard a lot of people complaining about the same problem- it's pretty common with today's digital cameras.

My webcam is blurry on MSN Live

Most of the blurriness of webcameras is due to poor lighting - try to increase the light next to where you are sitting. Also check for a rotatable ring around the lens - that's the focus ring, but not all cameras have that, some are fixed-focus.

Netgear wirelss modem tick not lighting

Hi,

Please note that the tick light turns on only when the router is doing a self test. If it is on then that means the router is either faulty or doing a self test. If the router is working fine then the tick light should be off.

Digital camera Fine Pix

Does this happen all under the same lighting conditions, or in low or very bright light? If consistent light, do the pictures still seem faded or blurry on the screen of a computer? if so, the sensor might be damaged, and yes a new one. If they're ok (consistent) on computer screens, then the camera lcd might be loose or damaged which means its fine but give it away and get a new one if you can't handle shooting without relying on the lcd.

Why do my Fun! Digital 320 pictures come out blurry?

Blurry images can be caused by any or all of the following: * Distance/Focus range -- the Fun! Digital 320 has a fixed focus range of 3 - 6 feet (1.8 meters) for brightly lit indoor photography, 3 ft. (1 meter) - infinity for outdoor photography. For best results, make sure that the camera is at least 3 feet away from the subject(s) when taking pictures. * Camera/Subject movement -- This is a common cause of blurriness, especially in low-light situations (see Lighting below). Hold the camera as steadily as possible while taking a photo, or use a tripod (a tripod mount is located on the bottom of the camera). Avoid subjects that are in motion. * Insufficient lighting -- the Fun! Digital 320 is designed for taking photos outdoors or in brightly lit environments. Inadequate lighting can exaggerate camera movement and contribute to blurred, "muddied," or uncrisp images. * Lens condition -- Check the lens periodically for smudges. If necessary, wipe the lens clean with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use cleaning solutions or chemically treated tissues. * Enlarging images using software -- otherwise normal digital images can appear to become blurry and/or blotchy when over-enlarged in software. To see an image's "true" appearance, use the software's Zoom In or Zoom Out feature to view it at 100%.
