Question about Rinnai RHFE-1004FA 38,400 BTU Energy Saver Ductless Heater - LP Gas
Can u tell me why we have to put water in the bottom of our heater and where we can obtain a heater manual for this particular model
Give me all your info on the heater and i will see what i can do. as i deal with rennia on a busness leval.

The water is required to increase humidity in your room. It is not required to operate the heater, but increase the confort level as the heater also dehydrates ( reduce the moisture level of ) the air .
