BIKE IS HONDA CHALY 70 / ENGINE HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A 125CC LIFAN WITH 26 MM CARB MIKUNI
ALL ELE.S HAVE BEEN SPLICED TOGETHER AND ARE WORKING, LIGHTS, HORN, IGN, INDICATORS ENGINE.
BUT IT HAS NO RECTIFER FITTED
I HAVE PURCHASED A PIT BIKE RECTIFIER 12V/4 PIN BUT I DONOT KNOW WHICH PINS GO WHERE { COULD THIS CAUSE ENGINE TO DIE OFF UNDER ACCELERATION }
I GESS THE YELLOW WIRE & THE GREEN WIRE FROM THE ENGINE
RECTIFIER 12V 4PIN ALLOY CASE 1 BOLT HOLE POTED ELE,S.
PRINTED ON BOTTOM LOOKS LIKE OAC REGISTERED TRADE MARK & GY6125. & 2008 O3 12VAT

sounds like your carb could be blocked with dirt if it wont start unless you put juice down plug i would take the carb off and give it a good clean and also make sure the jets ok just clean them with carb cleaner and a paper clip

you have to put the piston at the top and the sprocket and crank at the bottom hope this helped
