Please slip the levers off and then straigten the rods and lock the levers again.

The only thing I can think of is if it is bent, to try straightening the bend. Be very careful as the frame is hollow and too much pressure will cause it to collapse. Do not try to use a hammer as this will collapse the frame. If you do not have the strength to bend the frame, ask someone you know to help you.

Best of luck Jamie!

Trouble opening and collapsing a quinny stroller

The Quinny Buzz can only be folded/unfolded with the seat in the most upright position facing forward. If this is the case and it won't unfold, remove the seat first by pushing down the two grey release buttons either side of the frame. It may be the case that the gas strut (automatic close/opening mechanism) is seized and will need replacing. This can only be done by Dorel UK 01842 763 281 as it is a pressurised unit. Hope this helps

When chassis is open, it won't lock in place

Hi,

When the chassis is open but with no seat/carrycot/car seat on, it will move like it is not locked properly, this is normal. When you place a component on top, this will then lock the chassis completely.

Hope this helps.

What is the best position for the seat back to be in when closing the Chicco Cortina stroller? When I collapse the stroller using the handle, there is some resistance before it locks into the closed...

The seat back position isn't important. What IS important is the position of the stroller handle (not the one used to collapse the stroller).

If the handle is left up while collapsing, the stroller should fold easily. If the handle is down, it can get in the way and cause the process to be more difficult.

I have to take most of the removeable parts off of mine in order to fit in in the back of my coupe.

How do i collapse the buzz modelof the quinney pram

check the manual at www.quinny.com and there are some good you tube videos as well but basically, stand by the front wheel, position the seat slightly reclined and forward facing. Press the buttons on each side of the seat and pull the hinge forward and down. Make sure it clips shut or it will spring open again.

How To Collapse The Stroller

Lift up on the little grey plastic knob like structures on the sides of each arm. The stroller folds foward then fold in and hook the little grey latch in the middle inside of the stroller.

Good luck.

Collapsing the stroller

If your wheel is in the locked position it won't collapse all the way. Make sure the wheel is in the swivel position and that it is facing out. Hope this helps!
