Question about HP ProBook 4710s Notebook
Hp probook 4710s won't shutdown and turn off. It goes through the normal process but ultimately just reboots. I have updated the BIOS and am certainly not choosing restart instead of shutdown. Nothing on HP's site. Any ideas? I think I may have troubleshot if the LAN cable is diconnected, it will shutdown...any ideas there?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
