Try to look at the bottom of your laptop. Look for the sticker that would contain the brand and model. Also when you flip open your laptop at the bottom right of the screen you will also have the model written there. All you have to choose now is which Windows version you are using. If you are not sure, click start then go to settings and then control panel. Click on System and you will have it written there.
Also, Lenovo laptops used to be IBM Thinkpad laptops. Some Lenovo models would actually have a counterpart in thinkpad and would also have the same devices on it.
