You hold the top button down till a screen appears that says: "Slide to turn off", the slide you finger in the direction of the arrow.

After updating 8.4, i can use apple music. however, it is a battery hog, just 1 hour. my battery from 100% to 40%. so terrible, how can save my iphone's battery life. help!

Hi Keri - first order of business is to turn off anything you don't need. That's not peculiar to 8.4, just general advice. For example: If you're not using blue tooth, turn it off. Likewise if you're in an area where there is no WiFi, turn that off as it will gobble up extra power looking for WiFi, more so than if it had an established lock.

One last thing would be to check for bacground apps you're running and don't need, such as weather checkers, stock checkers and so on that may be turned on. See if that helps.

When I turn my iPhone Bluetooth on it won't find the Craig blue tooth speaker!

Any Bluetooth device MUST be discoverable for the phone to find it.
Does your Craig have any setup program / configuration where you can set it to be 'discoverable' ?

I just got a new iphone 3gs, having bluetooth

Hi, I have an iPhone also, you don't connect to other phones anymore, like if you did with normal mobile, if say you searched in a full room of people with the iPhone you would just find the printer in the corner!?!?, bizarre i know, but thats Apple for you, (2 steps forward, 5 backwards) you just connect to Bluetooth appliances like, your car, printer, pc/mac.. Thanks Mark

Try holding down the sleep/wake button at the top right-hand corner of the iPhone for a few seconds.
This will bring up a screen asking you to run the slider across the screen to turn the phone off.
