Question about NetGear WGR614 Router

Did you reset all connections? Start from your DSL/Cable modem power it down. leave it down. Power down the router and leave it down. Wait 2 min and then power up your DSL/Cable modem let it do it's things (approx 45sec) then start up your router and connect your computer.
Is your laptop connecting wireless or wired to the router?
