Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
Posted by Anonymous on
This can be caused by a dirty laser in the drive. Try cleaning the laser with a q-tip and alcohol. If this does not fix the problem, the laser may need to be replaced. Contact Sony and see if the unit is still under warranty.
If the unit is not under warranty, go to www.wiredextreme.com. We are a console repair company based in Texas, and we can clean/replace the laser for you. All of our repairs come with a 90 day warranty that covers the whole console, not just what we repaired. We also offer extended warranties up to 4 years at additional cost. If you have any other questions/concerns feel free to email email@example.com or call toll free 1-888-389-3038.
