Looking for a wiring diagram to fix an open in a wire going to my fuel evap valve at rear of truck. Engine code pointed me in that direction. I checked the valve manally and it is fine.

If you run a wire directly from the battery to the valve and it works, then you will know the valve is ok. That will mean you have a wiring problem or a power supply problem. I would imagine that the valve is operated via the ignition system somehow. You will need to trace the wire all the way to its supply. Sorry but I cant help with a diagram.

Window on my side of my 1995 nissan maxima won't go up.

Possible that the power to the winder has snapped at the hinges of the door, open the side flap and check. If there is power but the motor does not respond then the motor must be checked, the circuit to trigger including the door switch must be checked using a multimeter for measuring the voltage at these points.

I have 2 blue point air ratchets that dont seem to work

Blue Point® is kinda-sorta a Division of Snap-On® Tools, however being labeled "Blue Point", Snap-On only gives them a 90 day to one year warranty, so Snap-On will not help you there. Since you got them at an auction, they may be frozen up as you suggested. I would place both the ratchets in ATF (Transmission Fluid) for a week or so and then try the air line to them again. Transmission fluid does wonders. We used to use it to clean our hands at Dealerships in the Winter to keep our hands from cracking and bleeding. It will loosen up most everything. In fact that's what I currently use in ALL of my air tools as the "few drops of oil" they suggest, before use. If they don't start working after a long soak, then to be cost effective to you, I would find a Harbor Freight® or another such store and buy a new one for as low as $15.99.

I hope this helps you.
