Question about Xerox WorkCentre C2424DN All-In-One Laser Printer
All of a sudden when I go to the Workcentre c2424 and hit "scan", press "personal folders" it no longer see's my name so I can scan directly to my personal images. My only option is to scan to the public folder and extract from there.
I can print with no problem. I can retrieve scans from the public folder with no problem, it's just that I can't find "me" to scan to.
I've uninstalled, reinstalled, shut down before, during after both the printer and my pc - but nothing ahs worked! I've also done a "walk up to printer" install and "find my printer" install. Both times it printed out a page that said "congratulations, you've installed me" but I still have this problem.
This is a company network with no firewall blocking the software.
Any suggestions? Xerox tech support was unable to help me since I'm the only one in the office this is happening to - it's not a Xerox problem.
