I have the exact same problem, only the model number of my dishwasher is: DDW396W
Does anyone has a solution for this and knows where I can get the part?

If you give me the model number, I'll check into it for you.

If you don't mind rigging it. I took the door apart, drilled out the little plastic stand-offs on the clear plastic window, and put some cabinet knob screws with flat rubber washers all the way around the window. I took the door apart and basically replaced the plastic standoffs around the window with the knob screws. Once I tightened them all down (kind of a pain in the ****, I think there were about 20+ screws and nuts) with the gasket on the window in place, there were no leaks. I also put some silicone caulk around the outside of the window (for good measure). It looks kind of rigged, but it worked and it only cost me about $10.00 in materials and about 2 hours in time. I'm not sure how long it will last, but it looks pretty sturdy (almost sturdier than it did new).

Common problem on these...
I had the same thing happen to mine and I just contacted AP Wagner (http://www.apwagner.com/)
1-888-279-2463 (in the USA) and they located and sent me the replacement part for it. The window does not come separate, you have to buy the inside panel for the door as an assembly.

Dishwasher Not Leveled

This is a very common reason for a leaking dishwasher especially if this was a new installation. The framing in a dishwasher is made up of mostly thin sheet metal, so if it is not sitting flat and level things can get distorted very easily.f3a0b0dc-c8b0-4678-bccb-f94392039827.gif

Door Seal

This is not very common in most dishwashers. To check this look for rips and distortion of the seal. If it is ripped or distorted you will need to replace.

Dispenser Seal

This is a more common place for a leak to develop. This is easy to check, remove the front panel and carefully inspect around the seal for water dripping or stainage. If any is found replace the dispenser gasket.

Water Inlet Valve

Usually it is the connection to the water inlet valve that ends up leaking. Check this connection ( there is usually some sort of adaptor between the valve and supply hose) for leaks. Check the connection on the back of the water inlet valve also. Ocassionaly a water inlet valve will leak around the solenoid in this case replace the water inlet valve.

Drain / Circulating Pump

Some dishwashers have separate drain and circulating pumps Some use one pump to serve both purposes. In either case you will need to check the housings for leaks along with all the connections. Some dishwashers have a seal that leaks down into the pump . This is easy and inexpensive to replace. Follow the tutorial on replacing the pump.

Door Latch

The door latch can become loose or misalinged. Check both the striker and the latch. To adjust the latch you will need to remove the front panel and adjust switch until properly aligned.

Door Hinges

They can cause problems, but this usually only happens from opening a heavy load of dishes on the door. Occassionaly a broken spring or cable occurs. You will need to remove the tow kick and maybe the front panel to inspect.

Cant stop the timer leaking

Open following link for some Gardena resources, including manual and link to gardena site.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-program-Gardena-C1060.html

Gardena certainly has a glossy site, but I have been unsuccessful trying to contact the company.
Their products come with warranty and they show parts, but no hint where you can buy parts.

I do not know how to fix your plastic timer valve, or if parts would actually repair the thing.
Maybe glue except I don't know a plastic glue that holds on outside of device under water pressure.
Plus I cannot see where it is leaking, and there is no description that tells me if valve was left outside and cracked with freezing water, or if the valve is 10 years old, or if exposed to hard water deposits or minerals in the water, or particulate has scratched moving parts, or high water pressure, or if wd-40 spray lubricant dissolved the o-ring, or if the valve cracked from an impact, or if exposure to sun/heat has made the plastic brittle.

From fixya standpoint, gardena is the most problematic watering device.

Leaking water from front of door

I replaced the seal part # 154576501. The notch is on the right facing the dishwasher. Just pull it out and insert the new one.
I've fought this problem for over a year, thinking it was an adjustment. I am now running it through the third cycle and I am positive it fixed my leak. Also, while you have the cover off, check and trim the tie-wrap around the wire loom. Mine was interfereing with the seal, but the seal was also slightly distorted allowing the splash to come underneath.

Leaking

That would be bad news. That plastic thing is the pump, and a bad seal means motor / pump replacement or a new dishwasher. Average life of a dishwasher is about 9 years.
