.At first you need to click on Start and in start search type Services.msc and then hit enter.
.This would take us to the Service Manager Window.
.Try locating a service which reads as Windows Audio.
.Right click on Windows Audio and then click on properties.
.There would be a Tab which reads as STOP as well as START.
.If the service is already started then STOP tab would be highlighted.
.We need to click on STOP and then again click on START.
.Now right at the middle of the page there would be an option which reads as START UP Type.
.There would be a drop down below it.
.We need to check that the start up type should be Automatic.
.Select Automatic and then click on APPLY and OK right at the bottom.
.Restart the computer and then try installing the driver from HP's Website.
Hope it Works..
