Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
My player will not turn on. It does not respond to either of the reset sequences, plugging it into the wall wart or plugging it into a usb port. Is it dead, or is there something else I can do to jumpstart it?
I can't get the screen to respond to anything. Help!
WARNING: this process will erase all songs off the GoGear.
Disconnect the GoGear from computer.
Turn the GoGear off.
Hold in the volume + button.
Reconnect the GoGear while holding in the volume + button.
Continue holding the volume + button.
After 5-50 seconds, Windows will pop-up a "Found New Hardware Wizard." - complete the wizard (BTW, you can take your hand ff the volume + button now).
