What is this code and how do we clear the open door symbol and the tool symbol so that the copier will start up?

The copier is a Ricoh Aficio 340 and the screen said SC 547 00 We can't use your Premium Assistance plan. We don't have a credit card and live 100's of miles from shops etc. Hope you can help, thanks
SC547 - Zero cross signal malfunction Zero cross signals are not detected within a certain period within 500 ms after the main power switch has been turned on. - Possible causes - · Power supply board defective · Noise on the ac power line Open door Check the fuse FU1 y FU2 in the power supply board FU1 display open door
Without saying as. But it
would have to review all the fuses. Comments: - The flat cable of the laser also can cause the
fault of open door, cut or badly connected this also it can be indicate door opened without
indicating as.But all the problem seems to come from the
power supply... Good luck...

Well, you sound like you figured out part of your problem. If the open door symbol is showing, then you need to find out which door the machine thinks its still open.
Check all the doors, front, both right and left doors, and if the machine has a bottom console, then check those doors also.
I would open every door and reclose them again and see if you can get the DOOR OPEN symbol to go away. Need to start with the basic first.
Once this is cleared then we can see if we can troubleshoot any other problems.
(Most doors have a little stub that sticks out that either goes in between a sensor, or pushes on a switch to tell the machine that the door is closed.
If after opening and closing each door, and the machine still says Door open, then Next step I would take is to see if there are any places on the door that looks like a small piece of plastic might have broken off.
Let me know what you find.
Good luck.
