Question about Apple iPhone 3G Black Smartphone

1 Answer

My Iphone freezes only when I make calls. I have had 3 I-Phones now that all do the same thing. I have restored all the I-phones to the factory settings and the same problem keeps occuring! Also sometimes when making calls people on the other end cannot hear me when I speak. I'm starting to think it must be something to do with my computer when I sinc it with the I-phone. Either that or I have been sent 3 dodgey Iphones in a row. Surely there must be a patch or something i can download no?

I need to reset my phone amd i forgot my passcode

Hello Karabo, what kind of phone do you have?

If you're an iPhone user and forget your passcode, you will have to factory reset it without Apple ID. To do this you need first put the phone into DFU mode and connect it to iTunes. Your iTunes will help you to reset your iPhone without entering Apple ID easily. Restoring iPhone to factory settings with this method will result in wiping all the data. The following steps will show you how to do that.

1. Open iTunes on your computer and connect your iPhone to the computer with a USB cable.

2. After that, turn off you device. Press and hold the Home button for 3 seconds.

3. Put your iPhone into DFU mode: Press and hold the Power and Home button for 10 seconds. Then release the power button and keep holding the home button. When you see the Apple logo disappears, you have successfully put your iPhone into DFU mode.

4. When iTunes detects that your iPhone is in recovery mode, you can restore it now.

5. Click on Restore iPhone. Then you will be notified after the reset and your iPhone will take a restart.

After factory resetting iPhone, you will get all the data swept from iPhone 6 Plus, and you can restore the files from your iPhone, iTunes backup or iCloud backup.
