If your pc is full of virus, reformatting it will kill them. Just pop in your recovery disk and choose reformat options. Just make sure to back up your files first before doing so. Hope this helps!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My anti virus detect a virus... the virus is automatically remove fro my pc???

If the virus has automatically been removed from your PC, that means that the virus is no longer present on your pc, so you would not be infected by that virus anymore

however if you have been infected with a virus it's a good idea to do a full system scan to see if there is any other virus infections in your machine.

Hi buddy, I have been receiving a poping up message from my screem like Dos operating system saying C:\WIN\22.exe, C:\WIN\32.EXE; C:\WIN\40.EXE and so on. i already scanned the pc with Malicious tools...

Have you tried other free anti-virus softwares like Avira? Sometimes, not a specific anti-virus can detect the same type of virus. Also, try to uninstall the MS Office, run a full scan, then reinstall MS Office then run a full scan again. It will help us narrow down the source of the popups.

Privacy centre say's laptop full of viruses??

This will remove your viruses but theres a couple of things you can try before this.
Download Malwarebytes Anti-malware from here its free
http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button
install and run a full scan to remove any spyware installed.
If you dont already an Anti-virus download and install AVG which is a free one let it update and run a full scan on this aswell.

Hope this helps

Hp pavilion zd8000 blue death screen on windows defender virus scan

Listen up, I have had a pretty bad virus on my computer before where this guy hacked in and created his own user account on my computer! Will, I noticed that my computer was detecting any viruses! Thats because he put a virus on my virus detector, so it couldnt detect viruses! I downloaded a different virus detector and got his viruses off of my computer right away! Try downloading a different virus protecter and try that!

Remove the sino gusto virus

Depending on how long the virus has been in the system, an anti virus program may not fix the damage. I suggest reformatting the hard drive with a full NTFS format and installing a new operating system.
