Question about Logitech Webcam
Startup files contains Skype, or some other program that take over your webcam. Even if you don't have those programs running they may keep you from using a different application. You will have to manually go through any type of program that could use your webcam and turn off the camera, and/or remove these programs from your Startup menu.

It is possible your Startup files contains Skype, VID, PhotoBooth, or some other program that hijacks your webcam. Even if you don't have those programs running they may keep you from using a different application. You will have to manually go through any type of program that could use your webcam and turn off the camera, and/or remove those programs from your Startup menu.
