When you buy a sim card you are given a PIN and a PUK number. If you enter your PIN number wrong for 3 times your cell phone will block your sim asking you for the PUK code. If enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask u to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and get the
puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed
If you had locked your mobile then update the formware all saved passwords will be deleted

You will need to contact your vendor!! they are the only one that can provide the PUK code.
