The printer is printing very light. Already installed new ribbon.

Hi Gerry..I was looking for a solution to another problem and saw yours...
Maybe you can increase the temperature of the sensor. To do this, go to the menu <3>ADJUST SET, look for "TONE ADJ<T>" if you are using "Thermal Transfer" or "TONE ADJ<D>" whether you're using "Direct transfer" and increase one of this values: +5 should be good...
