This is most probably that the port where you plug in your ac adapter is defective. To fix the port, you need to replace the whole motherboard.

Will the PoE Function of S2700/S3700/S5700 PoE Switches Be Affected When a 110 V Power Source Is Used?

When using Huawei power supply units, Huawei fixed switches supports 110 V AC input power. The power consumption of most powered devices (PDs) is 4 W to 5 W; therefore, 250 W and 500 W power supply units can provide sufficient PoE power for PDs.
NOTE:
All fixed PoE switches except the S2700-9TP-PWR-EI, S2750-20TP-PWR-EI-AC, S2750-28TP-PWR-EI-AC, S2751-28TP-PWR-EI-AC, S5700-10P-PWR-LI-AC, S5700-28P-PWR-LI-AC, S5700-28TP-PWR-LI-AC, S5700S-28P-PWR-LI-AC, S5701-28TP-PWR-LI-AC, S5700-52P-PWR-LI-AC, S5700-28X-PWR-LI-AC, and S5700-52X-PWR-LI-AC support double PoE power supply units.

I was wondering if the PWR-2911-POE and PWR-2911-AC can be installed in same 2911 router? Thanks.

No, both of them are power supplies. PWR-2911-AC is the standard power supply but the PWR-2911-POE is a bigger power supply to power up EHWIC or single/double-width line cards. Moreover, there is no physical way to put two same/different power supplies into a 2900 router. But 3800/3900 routers can support dual power supplies. My CF-S9 which is brand new just shut off while typing a document and will not turn back on at the moment despite being plugged in. It seems "dead".

It is entirely possible that the transformer assembly is not supplying power to the D.C. output anymore. This is a fault that occurs in new as well as old items. Acquire a replacement to verify this, or just replace the adapter.

When i plug in (AC) my PP300 the "charged" green light flashs and there is a ticking sound. It will not charge.

There's nothing wrong with the battery pack. The battery in the flashlight is dead. Had this same problem, swapped out the batteries in the flashlight, problem went away.

Acer 2480 2247 won't power up -no lights no nothing, pwr supply is not the problem, lid close switch isn't stuck ,pwr. on switch seems fine and power supply jack on motherboard is not broken

Remove the main battery and the power supply, allow several minutes to get rid of any residual charge, now plug the power supply adapter back in and press power "leave battery out" is there any change? if not! remove power supply, now! press and hold power for 60 seconds to reset the laptop. Next install main battery back in and the power supply adapter, power up! if no change, the motherboard is the problem.

Emachine W2646--lights blinking on keyboard, pwr lamp on speaker on,power button on tower YELLOW,NO response! unplugged several hours, now dead,as if unplugged! This happened overnight while shut off...

If you have a Yellow light on power supply, chances are you have blown the power supply.
Even with a PC unplugged in a Bad Storm, I have seen many PC's and Laptops with Supplies shoot.
If you have a little computer savvy, the best thing to do is,
1. Disconnect power.
2. Open unit.
3. Disconnect all Devices from supply.
4. Disconnect 20 04 24 pin power supply connector to mother board.
5. If you have other connectors such as 4-pin 24 Volt acc. you can disconnect that as well.
6. Now plug in the supply. Note... Some supply's have a reset located in the rear of the supply, where it makes its input ( A/C connection. ) If so try the reset. Some supply's also light up or have a service light when sensing input power, some do not.
7. If all looks good and no sparks or flames, re-connect the mother board connection, (only)
Try to power on computer.
Note..... If you still have the Yellow light, Replace the supply.

In some cases, the power supply sees a fault and fold back to a protection mode.
The supply has several Capacitors in which hold a charge and when connected to the mother board retain that charge. Disconnecting the Mother Board 20- 24 pin connector will allow this charge to dissipate.
If all works after reconnecting supply, Your Good To Go.!!!
If not, you may need another Power supply.
Or may have done other damage.

Hope all works out for you.
Try it, it may work...
