The No signal message is comming from the TV... not the media drive. The TV is not receiving a signal from drive ... Drive is the problem

I would lke todown load a users manual for mynew screenplay mx2 hd media player s/nBBA1370FC1 MODEL 31971400 SPDHDMX2

The first link is the HTML version of it. This means it's not so much of a download as it will just show you the manual in your web browser. The second link is for the download, however, it is buried in a long list and you'll have to scroll down until you see it (it's a little below halfway down the page):
1.) http://www.iomega.com/support/manuals/mediaplayer/spmx2/en/main.html
2.) https://iomega-na-en.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14432#scrnply
I hope this helps you!

How i can watch the videos in the TV in colour is only black and white

If the videos are recorded in black and white your out of luck. If your trying to watch videos recorded in color on a black and white tv, get a color tv.

Hi Mary,
Please check the format of the video that you are trying to play.
this Iomega ScreenPlay Plus HD Media Player is certified to play popular DivX video, and supports many of today's popular CODECs and file types, including H.264, WMV and MKV, as well as plenty of others. (For a comprehensive list of supported video, audio and photo files. Most probably the video that you are trying to play is .3GP or .FLV.

For this you need to convert the video files to supporting format like DivX®, DivX Plus™ HD (MKV), XviD, AVI(Xvid, AVC, MPEG1/2/4), ISO, VOB, MP4, MOV, MKV,H.264, WMV, RMVB and MPEG.
