Part came off top of dishwasher

I have a Kenmore 6651578580 dishwasher and the wand looking thing at the top of the washer has come off and I have no idea how it goes back on I know it is suppose to rotate and dispense water. I need a picture

assuming its part 28 which is held in by a screw (27) part is no longer available. so hopefully you can just resecure
