How do I reset my Motorola DCT 6200 that doesn't have the Digital Video Recorder(DVR)

I have the same problem.

turn it off, push the front panel menu button… an onscreen menu will appear that you can navigate with the remote… the last item is reset to defaults.

do you want to reset it so that you clear everything out or just a normal reset? a normal reset you can unplug for 15 seconds then plug it back in or if that doesnt work call your cable company to hit your 6200. whats the matter with the dct?
