E20 means a pump blockage and can be "easily" fixed at no cost. Here is how.
I tipped the machine back enough to safely lean against the wall, pulled off a few clamps on the coin trap hose. I couldnt get 2 of the clamps off as they were positioned away from me and didnt have the right tools to mess with it in that cramped space. from the main drum drainage i could feel the coin trap/filter and sure enough, it was absolutely disgusting. So in only a month, the lint from our new towels, dog hair, and gobs of dirt we managed to pack that filter, i got it out and cleaned it out, put it all back together and its good as new.

Hello - The error code "E20" typically means the water is not draining properly or not pumping out fast enough. Does the washer making a humming noise? If so, either the drain hose may be kinked or the drain in the house is clogged. Once you have confirmed and cleaned the hose and issue continues contact a professional to move forward accurately. The unit may possibly have a faulty pump or control board.

hose/filter assembly is kinked and the water is unable to drain. If the hoses
are clean/clear then please post back with the manufacturers name and model no of your washer for further
assistance.
