Question about Nokia E63 Cell Phone
It seems that your firmware has got corrupted somehow. Connect the phone to your PC and backup the data. Will take some time as I want you to backup all the data. Then dial *#7370# or *#7780# and reset the phone to factory defaults. And reboot the phone. If it still does not work then re install the firmware. Now you can restore the data back to the phone.
