Go to control panel and select Add/Remove programs. Then , select Internet explorer and if you have the change option , select it and follow the directions . If you only have the remove option then remove it and use another browser to access MSN Internet explorer download to download and install it fresh.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Try these steps from Microsoft.

yes I know it is a link and your issue is with IE. Try installing google chrome and running the link from there.

Also, check that you your anti-virus is up to date and run a scan.
Download something like malwarebytes and run a scan with that as well.

My enternet explorer doesnot work

Usually when Internet Explorer fails it's because something changed a setting in IE. To fix the settings go to Control Panel, Select Internet Options, go to the Advanced Tab and click on Reset. Restart IE and try again.

If that doesn't work you probably have viruses and spyware on your system. To fix that, remove the hard drive and scan it from another system as a secondary drive (the only real way to insure that the scan gets it all.) Then replace and scan with a good anti-spyware program like Malwarebytes and/or Spybot Search and Destroy.

After you have scanned and cleaned your system you may need to reset IE again.

Connected to the Internet but not able to browse the internet.

It could be because of a security software. or a browser corruption.
First try to reset the browser (in case of internet explorer)
if you have mozilla try using that.
incase that doesnot work create a new user profile.
if all these do not work it is probably a security software issue.
Uninstall any security software on the computer and then check.

your issue should be resolved

Every time I start my computor a blank page(windows internet explorer starts up and now task manager can't even close it down .

This is because of virus. It will be good to have an antivirus that is updated. Scan the system for virus. and check that the startup doesnot contain internet explorer .

Internet explorer keeps telling me cannot display webpage

First check whether you are connected to the internet through a proxy or directly. Then check internet option connection lan setting option maybe those should be kept to automatic or point to the right server. Then in the internet explorer go to the internet option , advanced and click reset button that should do the trick. Also if this doesnot work download firefox and install it. when you can see pages in firefox that means everything is okay and it is problem with the browser. replace your browser with new ie8 and thats all
