Can you see any make and model numbers on fridge (inside door) , and remove front cover of furnace and look for make, and model number as well. I'm also assuming the propane system has been checked for safety by a certified technician?

I have a 2000 chevy venture.just replaced heater core and still have no heat.whats the deal?

There is a damper that routes the air across the heater core or AC coil (don't know why one is a core and the other a coil, same tech). Its actuator has probably failed.

Please repost this problem to Cars and Trucks and you will find a better answer. Other choice is to go to a GM blog site for Ventures and someone there will give you exact instructions. Should be free to join and they have tons of data.

03 chevy venture rt.front parking light&turn light don't work replace bulb&socket

The rapid flashing occurs because of the light problem. If the 20A PARK LP fuse in the underhood fuse block is OK, the front marker lamps and the park lights should turn on when you set the headlamp switch to PARK. If the 10A T/SIG fuse in the instrument panel fuse block is OK, and the ignition switch is on, moving the turn signal multi-function switch to signal a right or left turn should cause the turn signals to flash. If this doesn't happen, check for a missing ground connection to the socket you replaced and check to be sure the replacement lamp was not forced into the socket backwards (it happens).

I have a problem with my Ruud LP heater. The gas valve is model VR8440M2024. Does anyone know what the M2024 means? I have found VR8440 valves on line but don't know if they will work with my unit....

The Robertshaw 720-079 is a universal type replacement valve. It comes with an LP conversion kit. You will probably come out better off using this than trying to locate the OEM part.

Heater has power but flashes code L.P

• The low-pressure switch senses the refrigerant pressure in the sealed refrigeration system to protect

against certain conditions that could be detrimental to compressor life. The switch turns the heat

pump off in the event of loss of refrigerant, fan motor failure, evaporator freeze-up, or airflow

blockage. The heat pump will automatically reset the switch after the system pressure rises to the
normal operating pressure. The display will show "LP", if this switch is tripped.

For more info, look at page 7 on this manual:

http://www.hayward-pool.com/pdf/manuals/Manual280.pdf

Either you need to defrost the coils, clean the air-flow chamber, get a new air-flow switch or you are running low on refridgerant.

I have a Dometic RV refrigerator Model # NDR1062 and it works with the electric power with the generator on (not on battery)but will not work on gas. The gas unit clicks like it wants to start but will not...

My best guess without seeing it is you are not getting gas to the unit

Break the gas supply line at the gas valve with the LP turned on and see if you are getting LP gas

Without the proper water column inch meter it is impossible to tell if you are getting the right pressure, but if your stove top, heater and water heater work then I sill guess you have rubber hoses feeding your refer. Propane and rubber build an oil that will over time plug the supply line and not allow LP to reach the refer. They have to be cleaned out and it is a messy job

Norcold n1095 not working on AC...works fine on LP

Yes. LP is direct heat to the exchanger. The thermistor operates through the control to the electric heater.
