Sounds like the bulb went out. Go to http://www.purelandsupply.com/RCA-Projection-TV-Lamp.html and order a new bulb for under $200. They are easy to intall; a screwdriver and 10 minutes.
On same Board that you replaced fuse Look at cp 150 if it is puffed up on top it is bad so replace cp150,114,120 one will be 2200u 16v
other 2 caps will be 220uf 35v With tv turned OFF Press and Hold Vol- and CH - at same Time on Front Panel board wait untill set comes on you should now be in Service mode Go to Convergence Try to aline convergence Do Auto converge
Replace 3 capacitors cp150 2200uf 16v If it is puffed up on top it is bad ,need to replace 2 more caps cp120 cp114 220uf 35v they are green with gold writing on them.
the 3 blinks is definately meaning the flyback is defective. You need to replace the flyback its number 259296 you can get a replacement flyback at the following link with free installation instructions with step by step pictures of the repair. Heres the link. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
ALL of you have a problem in power supply/deflection board 3 capacitors open located cp150 2200uf 16volt and two 220uf 35 volt, check them first then resolder around FBT other wise order new deflection board 125.00
