Hello,
Please make sure you installed the disk with the drivers and software that came with the mouse.
If you have done this you will want to check the configuration of the software to make sure the side action is enabled.
Thanks,
Pat

Play in stering linkage

The most common of all problems in a steering system is excessive steering wheel play. Steering wheel play is normally caused by worn ball sockets, worn idler arm, or too much clearance in the steering gearbox. Typically, you shou Id not be able to turn the steering wheel more than 1 1/ 2 inches without causing the front wheels to move. If the steering wheel rotates excessively, a serious steering problem exists.

An effective way to check for play in the steering linkage or rack-and-pinion mechanism is by the dry-park test. With the full weight of the vehicle on the front wheels, have someone move the steering wheel from side to side while you examine the steering system for looseness. Start your inspection at the steering column shaft and work your way to the tie-rod ends. Ensure that the movement of one component causes an equal amount of movement of the adjoining component.

Watch for ball studs that wiggle in their sockets. With a rack-and-pinion steering system, squeeze the rubber boots and feel the inner tie rod to detect wear. If the tie rod moves sideways in relation to the rack, the socket is worn and should be replaced.

Another way of inspecting the steering system involves moving the steering components and front wheel BY HAND. With the steering wheel locked, raise the vehicle and place it on jack stands. Then force the front wheels right and left while checking for component looseness.

How do i change the drive belt ?

To remove the belt use a long screwdriver. Put it between the belt (sideways) and the large wheel, lever the screwdriver to outside while moving the wheel in clockwise/anticlockwise depending upon where you put the screwdriver at left/right side. Reverse the procedure for putting the belt on the wheel. While putting the belt first fit it on the motor pulley.

How do i get the belt back on

To fit the belt use a long screwdriver. First put the belt on motor pulley, then try to put the belt on drum wheel as far as you can while holding the belt on motor pulley to ensure that it does not come off. Put the screwdriver between the belt (sideways) and the drum wheel, lever the screwdriver to inside while moving the wheel in clockwise/anticlockwise slowly depending upon where you put the screwdriver at left/right side.

How do i remove rear wheel bearings

make sure the circlip or retainers are removed.
get a steel bar a bit smaller than the axle.
place it though the sprocket side bearing till it almost reaches the other bearing and give it a tap sideways to move the inner spacer between the bearings.
The spacer should move sideways to expose a lip on the bearing that you can then use the bar as a punch on the inner race of the bearing. If there is 2 bearings on the sprocket side, remove the single bearing first on the brake side

it sounds like a ball joint which is located by the wheel. jack up that wheel and try to move it side to side and up and down by hand. If it moves then your ball joints are bad. You can do the work yourself, however you will need a ball joint press. If it is a ball joint I would get if fixed quick, when a ball joint breaks the wheel will either lay over sideways or go up and rip the fender off the van.

Volvo S60 AWD 2.5- car pulls sideways when driving on rain or sno

It's probably not that the wheels are moving at a different speed. It sounds like a simple alignment issue to me. Installing a bearing could have thrown it off. You should just have a simple alignment job done.
