Simplicity Serge Pro SW432 parts

I'm in need of replacing a part on my machine and can't find a contact person or place.I also don't know it's name( the part). It the part when your needle goes down while you are sewing. Mine is blocked and won't go down as if something is blocking it.

Bit confused here I am not sure which part you mean, also I do not know where you live so cannot point you in the direction of a parts supplier.

I have a Simplicity serger SL880 that was my mothers. She past away about 8 years ago. I was trying to use it but appears the motor may be locked up that moves the feed dogs. Is there a place to oil it? If so where? Thank you.

What are the proper settings for a serge pro

I have a Simplicity Pro model SW432.  The sewing sample that came with it had the following tension settings: Red 3.2 yellow 2 green 3.5 blue 2 The book gives illustrations about the different problems you might have.  Changing a tension a little and trying it for the partic. fabric you are using, is usually what a person ends up doing.
