Re: trying to use two xboxes on line at the same time one...
OMG.... i had the same exact problem for like 3 months. I fixed it somehow. OK. first, set both consoles to factory settings. Then make sure that your router is assigning static ip adresses. (one xbox gets 192.168.1.101, other gets 192.168.1.102) Then thay shouldnt conflict.

if you have lost service and no settings have changed on your console chances
are your online service is down ,so try latter . if you are still unable to get on line
plug your computer just to make you have service.
If you have internet service then unfortuanteley you will have to call "1 800 4my-xbox "
Say " agent " repeatablyuntil you get a live person " agent" and give the consoles
serial No and explain the problem and they will check it out and assist you how
to reastblish xbox online live.
I've had good luck solving xbox account problems by calling the xbox support line. It's free and the customer service reps are actual gamers who really understand your problem not just some person in the Philippines. Here is their contact info, although they are closed now.
Do you play wireless or by ehternet connection? if you play by wireless there might be something wrong with your wireless either router or XBOX, Try connecting with an ethernet cable and see what happens if the problem remains, there's something wrong with your router
