Question about HP LASERJET P1005 Printer
I cannot get my print cartridge to fit into my P1005 printer... The original slides in and our perfectly, but the new C7115A (15A) does not fit
More than likely the cartridge is faulty. Is the "new" cartridge a genuine "hp" or is it a compatible, or a "refilled" cartridge. Sometimes one or both of the end-caps are not refitted completely, causing it to be too wide for the chamber. This can also happen with an original, but more often with copy-cat compatibles or refilled "hp" shells.
