No sound after removing headphones
Their may be any speaker problem .............
the possibility's are
1> to change the speaker by psp repair shop
2> or any loose connection
3>any can change in your psp settings

SOURCE: psp sound problem
My son had the same problem. I put tape around the top part of the headphone jack and plugged it in. Worked great!!! Don't know how long it'll hold up, but it's a quick fix for now.....
