First off, you want to have the H700 fully charged up and it's probably good to have the phone fully charged up too. Now turn off the H700 (the ring around the talk button should not be flashing blue every few seconds) then push the talk button for about five seconds, until the ring around it displays a purple color. Immediately let go of the button and flip open the tiny microphone extension. Now it's in pairing mode and you can leave it while you fiddle with the phone to finish the process

How to connect a motorola h700 to a samsung phone

I think there are some H700 headsets which support smart find. If this is your case, you must ensure that all the bluetooth enabled devices, which have been previously paired with it, have their bluetooth radios turned off. Then, some 5 seconds after you open the headset's boom, the light should become steadily lit, thus indicating it is in pairing mode. Otherwise (i.e. if it doesn't support smart find), with its boom closed, press the call button for some 5 seconds, until the light is steadily lit. Then, open the boom. Either way, turn on the bluetooth radio of the device you now want to pair your headset with, and make it search for new devices. After a while, the H700 should appear in the device' screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros).
Hope you are able to sort your problems out.

By the way, if your headset's quick start guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.

Solution
PUT THE HEADSET IN PAIRING MODE

If the headset has never been paired with another device, simply open the headset boom. The indicator light becomes steadily lit in purple.
If the headset has previously been paired with other devices, first ensure those devices are turned off.
Then open the headset boom and the indicator light flashes in blue. After about 5 seconds, the indicator light becomes steadily lit in purple.

I just bought a bluetooth and my son put a random pin number and now i cant get acces to my device

Your headset will indicate it is in pairing mode when its indicator light is steadily lit in purple. Open the headset boom. If it has never been paired with any bluetooth headset before, it will enter the paring mode right away. If it has been previously paired, make sure the bluetooth radio of that(those) device(s) are turned off, and after some 5 to 10 seconds, you'll see it is in pairing mode.
Now, on your phone's bluetooth application, delete the H700 from the list of paired devices (if it is there, that is), and make it search for new devices. After a while, the H700 will show on screen. Select it and command it to proceed. If a passkey (or PIN, or pairing code) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros).

By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, you can download it from this location.

Hope it works for you.
Cheers! Carlos

Light won't stay purple even when boom closed & button held

Depending on the phone... try and remove the current bluetooth device, if there is any. Close the headset. Go to the phone and choose discover, or search. Open the headset and press and hold the big button. It should then turn purple and should be recognized.
The boom should be open when you press the button.

Also make sure the battery on theheadset is charged before doing this.

The passkey will be 0000, four zeros.

First, you will need to put the H700 into pairing mode. Look at the last digit in the part number for your headset (there are 3 versions). If it "A" or "B", do the following... 1. Starting with the headset powered off (flip closed), hold down the Call button for 1 to 5 seconds until the light is steadily lit in purple. 2. With the light steadily lit, flip out the boom. The light should remain steadily lit in purple. If the light is flashing, or if the light starts flashing anytime before completing the steps below, the headset is not in pairing mode, and these steps will need to be repeated. If you part number ends in a "C", do the following... And finally, you will have to follow these instructions on you A900... 1. While in standby mode, press the Menu/OK button 2. Select Tools (9) 3. Select Bluetooth® (4) 4. Highlight Yes, using the navigation keys, on the Enable Bluetooth® prompt 5. Press the Menu OK button to enable Bluetooth® 6. Select Bluetooth® (4) 7. Press the left soft key for Add New 8. Highlight Search, using the navigation keys 9. Press the Menu/OK button to begin search for new device 10. Highlight the desired Bluetooth device, using the navigation keys 11. Press the left soft key for Add to List 12. Enter Passkey "0000" press the Menu/OK button, you will get a brief message stating pairing 13. Press the left soft key for Done 14. At the Trusted Devices screen, press the left soft key for Connect 15. You will get a brief message stating connecting 16. After being connected you will return to the Bluetooth® Trusted Devices screen Hope this helps. Good luck
