Question about Telemania 027367 Spiderman Animated Phone
I have a Panasonic KX TG4000B and 7 cordless handsets. About a month ago our customers started complaning of a very bad buzzing sound when we are talking to them. They have all said that it is very bad and makes it difficult to even hear us. It has happened on every handset that I have but I can't believe they all could have developed this problem at once. I suspect it may be the base unit but is there any sort of test that I can do to prove or disprove this? Also, is it fixable?
The sound can also be caused by a faulty outside line. You can bring in a different telephone (like one at your house) and see if the buzzing sound disappears. If not its either a line problem or a jack/wire problem.
