Samsung TXS 3082 HDTV focus problem

Letters on screen are out of focus especially on the outer sides of the screen, can focus be adjusted?

TV is actually a HD flat panel CRT.

if there is no focus adjustment hole in the back of the unit it will have to be taken into a shop where a pro can adjust your vs and va voltages.
