Question about HP Scanjet 4370
When attempting to copy anything I get the message "must have a printer setup to do a copy. Go to control panel and install a printer ." I have two working printers installed already. Scanning a document to the printer works but the printing time is terribly slow. I have reset the scanner by unpluging the power for 60 seconds, reinstalled the software.
I posted this info on another thread to answer "reply if you have the same problem" but the posted result indicates I have a solution to the problem. NOT.
FROM HP, searched and found after three or four weeks of unresolved solutions .. and that's fixed the problem !!
