Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
Recently, my washer began slowly filling with water when not in use. I suspect that the seals on the inlet valve are failing due to hard water. But I'd like to confirm this with others who have experienced the same problem before ordering parts. My machine is 5 years old.
I have the same problem. The only problem that I have is not knowing how much water will eventually go into the tub. It takes about 4 or 5 days to accumulate about a gallon. I called the Whirlpool service center and the woman said they recomend turning the water off after each use-I think this is ridiculous. If going away on vaca maybe. Rob
