The touch screen on my Nintendo DS Lite is not sensitive

The touch screen on my Nintendo DS Lite is not very sensitive, in fact sometimes you either have to push hard, and then it may not work. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Short answer, no. Long answer, yes. Try recalibrating the touch screen through the settings menu. If this does not solve your problem, you may need a new touch screen.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

DS fixing solution = NONE: Your DS is old and should be treated more gently. DSLITE: it has gotten to worn out. turn it off for 5-10 days at dry again.

Screen sensitivity not working in some areas

Try re calibrating the touch screen. Go to the file cabinet at the bottom of the ds main menu.and go to the recalibrate icon on the right. If this doesn't help order a new screen off nintendo. If you are in the uk you can use http://www.consoledoctor.co.uk/ and they will fix your problem. Hope this helps. If it does please rate me.
