Question about Samsung CLX 3160fn All-In-One Printer
I am completely set up to print over the network. Our network administrator has set up all of the network utilities on his Windows machine. However, when Network Scan is selected, I receive the message "Not Available" on the printer's display.
A side problem, I am unable to access my printer's Smart Panel on my MacBook Pro 10.5.2
I have the same problem. Where I can find the solution?

Samsung tech support isn't much help either! what I found with their network card is that it is on and off. The smartthru panel on the desktop (XP Pro SP3), if you watch closely, it can't poll the information everytime.

Same problem here with windows xp pro, print ok, scan must use USB. andyone can help?
