Geforce 7600 go drivers problem

Nvidia isn't launching new drivers for geforce 7600 go, so on my noteboook games aren't working correctly(even when they meet requirements) and blue screen appears when launching a game and nothing can be done with it. error is related with graphics card for sure. few times game runned correctly but later always blue screen and error occures. error was about problems with nv4disp file or something like that. It occurs on my COMPAL HEL80 notebook. thx for your work.

I checked many games with high requirements earlier and there are problems as well.. They should be working correctly but drivers aren't working properly... Problem is that nvidia dont make drivers for this graphics card... I will be grateful if you know which drivers should help me or any other solutions for this problem... I already tried drivers from site: www.laptopvideo2go.com but the problem still exists... anyway thx for trying

I've looked on nvidia page earlier but now i found that i must download my driver from my notebook producers' site(www.compal.com), cause nvidia isn't supporting drivers for my geforce 7600 GO card. I've looked on that site and I think that aren't newer drivers that
I have installed on my notebook (I've got direct X 9.0c.) Any way your tip was helpful that i've found the essence of the problem, thx for advice.

My toshiba g35 has a bad video car, they tell me it obsolite, its a geforce go 7600 card, looked all over the internet to find one and no luck, any ideas

These video cards were part of a lawsuit that involved Nvidia because the graphics ccard would "de-solder" and you would get the BSOD (blue screen of death). I know that the lawsuit is over and Nvidia lost but not sure if you can still get a claim in for this computer. Here's a link I found by typing Nvidia lawsuit that looks relevant.http://www.consumeraffairs.com/news04/2010/10/nvidia-settles-faulty-processor-suit-dell-hp-compaq-mac.html
Hope this helps

NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5700 Vista Windows 7 Driver

It Works...

1. search "96.85_forceware_winvista_x86_international_whql" on Google
2. download the file.
3. Run the file and install (you will get FAIL message)
4. Go you "C:\NVIDIA\WinVista\96.85\"
5. OPEN "nv_disp.inf" file
6. ADD -> NVIDIA_BR02.DEV_0347.1% = nv_NV3x, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0347 on [Manufacturer] section
7. ADD -> NVIDIA_BR02.DEV_0347.1 = "NVIDIA GeForce Go5700" on Localizable Strings (Bottom of the file)
8. SAVE the file
9. RUN setup
Thanks heinrichs,

For this issue , You need to boot in safe mode by tapping F8 key and go to safe mode with networking (As internet works in this mode). Try installing the Driver again from the following website "http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_notebook_winxp_179.48_beta.html"

OR click on the following link
