Usually you can press the left and right mouse buttons at the same time on a laptop to act as a center button.

New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I play a game that requires to hold down both buttons to move around but when i do the mouse wont let me move

reinstall all drivers for that mouse and also go to the game website for any patches for issues with your particular mouse.

If all else fails, you may need to call the manufacture and ask what mouse is compatible for the game you are playing.

WILL NOT CONTROL AIRCRAFT HAS NO LIFTOFF

I just figured out how to calibrate this joystick. I am using Windows XP. I assume it will work with all Windows operarting systems though.

Go to Control Panel, click on "Game Controllers", or however you get to your joystick settings. Hold down the "Ctrl" (control key) and the "Shift" key together - at the same time, THEN click your mouse on the "Properties". This should take you to a different calibration screen that you would get to without holding the two keys together. IMPORTANT - Click on the "Test" tab first. If you go to the settings tab first, it likely will not work. Without doing anything else after clicking on the "Test" tab, next click on the "Settings" tab. Then click on the "Calibrate" button below. Click "next". Click the thumb button on the left side of the joystick which should bring you to another screen. Then follow the prompts......
* On the "axis calibration", move your joystick in full circles, making sure the "+" symbol moves around the far margins of the square. After a few complete circles, click the "next" button with your mouse.
* On the next screen, click the left button on the joystick again, which should bring you to the next screen. Move the throttle lever back and forth a few times. Then click "next" again.
* On the "Z rotation screen", move the joystick to the left and right (rotate it) a few times. Then click "next" and then "finish" then "ok". Thats it. It should be calibrated now.

Plays films, won't play games

this is what u do! you connect your control direct to your ps3. and then you hold the power button for 5 seconds!! the system will turn on!!!remove your finger for a second and hold the power button till you hear 2beeps then remove your finger and the system will shut off!! this is a manuel reset!!! the system will turn back on!! asking u to connect your controller!! you already have it connected. then it will give you about 6 options!! you will choose RESTORE FILES!!! your system will check for your system defaults!! then it will tell you that you have corrupted files!! and proceed with it!!! it will fix if you have problems with your controls,if it doesnt play games, blue ray,if it freeze, system shutting off, icon problems, only playing sertting games or movies!!! if you have problems or any question feel free to ask!! i know is fustrating!!! i did some research and this is what another expert said to do

Laptop is turning on-but everything seems frozen

If you have a second set of functions on the buttons that are in blue or another color they may have been turned off. My kids like to play with my notebook and they did that. Just hold the function button (mine is blue and labeled 'Fn') I just hold that and press the button that corresponds with my mouse (a pointing hand in a rectangle).

Other than that I dont know what would work.

LX5 Cordless Optical Mouse - Rotation Function not working

Did you try checking the mouse settings via the control panel.

You should have some new software. In the logitech manager you will find a place to edit the mouse buttons.
