Have an issue with this dishwasher. Started to was and then just stopped mid cycle. It will start but sits there humming away and then throws an OE error. It is around 2.5 years old, have had the start switch replaced in the last six months.
Question - how do I get the silly thing to drain out firstly and secondly would it be the pump or the control panel that is the issue here
I have had this dishwasher about 4 years, it has work beautifully, then one day there just wasn't any power going to it. Have tried different power points and no change. Looked for a fuse, was unable to find one. The power cord coming into the machine is undamaged. Any suggestions.

Re: LG Dishwasher Model LD-14AW3
Do you have kids? I'll bet you do! your pump impeller is jammed probably with broken glass shards to fix it remove the grille cover at the back of your DW and clean out the debris the impeller is a fan like pump so with your fingers make sure it moves in a circle freely then reassemble the grille and, it should work fine
Hope this helps
oe - outlet error (water cant get out )
ie - inlet error (not getting water inside)
ei - error not washing (water leak)
he - heater error (water not heating)
there are two filters to clean under running water and
i was told to put it on the hottest cycle empty, and also buy the cleaner which is used in the cycle bought from anywhere you would buy degergent, it hasnt happened since Good luck

Most likely the water temperature is not reached as required and the dishwasher times out and stops without draining the water. It is likely the inlet water temperature is not adequate or if only using cold water the thermistor or the water heater are faulty.
Look for part M083 in the diagrams at the back of the service manual attached. you can also perform some diagnostics as shown in there but be very careful about the sequence otherwise you may flood or damage the dishwasher components.
Most dishes in any dishwasher are still wet when cycle is finished. The heat built up in the dishes during the washing cycle is what causes the water to evaporate when the machine stops.
If you want to accelerate the evaporation, simply open the door very slightly so that as the hot air escapes it causes the dishes to dry quicker.
On an LG LD-14AW1, three is a float sensor on the left hand side of the dishwasher, behing the water outlet port.
It is the sensor that tells the dishwasher to stop filling just before the wash or rinse cycle begins.
A service call is needed or post back here is you want help replacing it.
Your problem is: You have pulled the dishwasher out and checked hose. No kink in line. You have taken cleaned out dishwasher and no clog. You poored water into dishwasher and it drains from the bottom not throught drain hose. You have checked the drain hose on the bottom of the dishwasher and to no avail....you don't know what is causing this issue....can I help you out with this? LG-14AW3 Dishwasher does not drain properly and then powers itself off mid cycle. Filters are clean and there are no kinks in the drain hose. How do you fix this and will it be very expensive.
Have you recently replaced the garbage disposal? Sometimes the installer forgets to remove the knockout plug. All of the disposal manufacturers plug the d/w connection in case it is installed where there is no d/w. If there is a d/w, the plug must be removed.

what indication are you getting on the display? sounds like the water inlet sensor is defective. one needs to watch carefully from the start of the cycle to when the problem begins to be able to make a diagnosis.
Since water doesn't drain out ,it could be a clogged in the drain line. Often the problem is at the point where the drain line attaches to the garbage disposer or household drain line. You should remove this line and clear it form any debris in the hose or the hose connection. Be sure to reattach the hose before starting the dishwasher again.
